Judi's Testimony of God's Power and Grace! November 27, 1999 I promised that I would tell you what happened the night of my grandbaby Sierra's birth. Her Daddy, Rusty, is my oldest son, and Stacey is his wife and Sierra's Mommy. Stacey's Mom stayed with her after the birth, and our family traveled to Toledo Children's Hospital with Sierra. As we were driving, the Lord told me to put in a tape of my cousin singing. I did, and before long Rusty asked me to turn it off so we could pray. That's when he asked the Lord to forgive him, and placed his child at the foot of the Cross. The Lord told Rusty, if he would serve Him, that one day Sierra would speak to walls, in the Name of Jesus, and they would crumble. Praise be to His Holy and Mighty Name! When we arrived at the hospital that night, doctors did not know whether Sierra was a boy or girl. However, we checked her in as a girl, even though they refused to acknowledge which gender she was, and told us to not put her gender on the forms. When they delivered the shocking news that they were unsure of her gender, I announced that God has never let this family down, and He never will! When they put Sierra in the ambulance bound for Toledo, I whispered in my little grandbaby's ear (as I used to do for Taylor when her future was so uncertain), "Jesus will never let you down. Praise God that His miracle working power is flowing mightily in your family!" A few hours later, God had answered our prayers and we took home a perfectly formed little baby girl! God's power was demonstrated to all the doctors and nurses involved with Sierra's case, to His glory! We pray that every one of them will be saved as a result of this miracle. Rusty and Stacy have been on fire for God since Sierra's birth and miracle. Praise God for answered prayer, and from Whom all blessings flow! "How Great Thou Art!"
